Available in tones from white, cream, lime through to pinks and reds along with many combinations of these tones and in double and miniature varieties.
- Flowering season: Nov – Jan (approx 6-8 weeks)
- Planting density: Gardens 25cm apart, Pots 1 bulb per 18cm pot or 3 bulbs per 35cm pot. Plant with neck of bulb above ground.
- Multiplication speed: 1-2 offsets per year in ideal conditions.
- Preferred aspect: Bright, warm and sunny location.
- Plant uses: indoor/outdoor flowering pots. Garden borders or clumps. Exquisite cut flowers.
- Likes: watering once a week around the sides. Spray with fungicide during wet, humid weather.
- Dislikes: overhead watering and strong wind while flowering.
